Marc-André Godard is a partner in Gowlings' Montréal office, practising within the National Tax Practice Group. His practice encompasses all aspects of corporate tax with an emphasis on mergers, acquisitions, national and international restructurings, financings and corporate tax planning for both public and private corporations.
He practises in English and French.
