Margaret Fitzpatrick is principal, trade-mark agent and the office group leader for the Trade-Mark National Practice Group in Vancouver. Her practice encompasses all aspects of trade-mark prosecution and opposition proceedings, advising on the registrability of trade-marks, portfolio management, trade-mark licensing requirements and transfer of intellectual property, as well as advising with respect to proper trade-mark use and marking.

Margaret has extensive experience in securing registration of trade-marks in Canada, the United States and abroad. She has been a registered trade-mark agent since 1997.
