OUR PEOPLE

Martin Finestone is an associate in Gowlings' Waterloo Region's Business Law Department and is a member of the Firm’s technology law group. Martin’s practice is primarily divided between business law and technology matters.

The business law portion of Martin's practice includes providing advice to a variety of technology and non-technology clients on general corporate and commercial matters, financings and mergers and acquisitions.

With respect to his technology work, Martin assists clients by negotiating and drafting licensing, content, terms of service and other agreements, and advising clients on Internet-related issues.
