Mélanie Morin is a partner at Gowlings’ Montréal office. Mélanie specializes in labour and employment law and also handles civil litigation and entertainment law files.
She represents clients from both the public and private sector (small, medium and large companies) before civil courts and administrative tribunals in grievance arbitration, labour relations, certification, dismissal, and occupational health and safety matters. In addition, Mélanie also focuses on extraordinary recourses, such as judicial reviews and injunctions.
She also specializes in matters of collective and individual relations, as well as in matters pertaining to occupational health and safety. She also practises in administrative law, human rights and immigration for business clients.
Melanie also acts as a labour relations consultant for businesses operating in various fields and handles the negotiation of collective agreements.
Mélanie joined Gowlings in 2006 after having practiced in another leading firm.
