OUR PEOPLE

Melissa Binns is an associate in the Intellectual Property department in Gowlings’ Ottawa office. She practises in the areas of patent litigation and pharmaceutical regulatory law, as well as trade-mark and copyright litigation.

Prior to studying law, Melissa was a researcher and teaching assistant at the Kingston General Hospital and Queen’s University working in the areas of molecular biology and microbiology.
