Michael Schalke is an associate in the advocacy department of Gowlings’ Vancouver office. His practice includes labour relations, human rights, employment and civil litigation.
Michael has appeared as counsel before the B.C. Provincial Court, the B.C. Supreme Court and the B.C. Court of Appeal. He routinely represents clients at various administrative tribunals, including labour arbitration panels, the Employment Standards Branch and Tribunal.  Court Representative Work:
