Michelle assists both Canadian and international businesses with a broad range of their employment law needs, including pre-employment and hiring issues, compensation, employment and independent contractor agreements, termination planning, human rights and accommodations, sexual harassment and non-competition protection. She advises employers with respect to contract, policy and human resource matters in a practical and business focussed way, and in a manner that is tailored to a client’s unique needs.

Michelle also has considerable experience managing and resolving workplace disputes. When a dispute cannot be resolved in advance of litigation, Michelle guides clients through the process, and is often successful at settling matters at mediation.
