Natalie Mullins is a partner in Gowlings' Toronto office and a member of the Advocacy and Environmental Litigation Practice Groups.

Natalie specializes in complex contaminated land disputes, acting for several large oil companies and clients in the mining, manufacturing and chemical industries, prosecuting and defending claims arising from on-site property contamination and off-site migration of contaminated substances. Natalie also has particular expertise in fuels regulation and fuels safety.

In addition to her land contamination practice, Natalie has extensive experience litigating breach of contract issues, shareholder disputes, fraud and misrepresentation claims, and various issues surrounding real estate transactions. Although her passion is for litigation, Natalie is results oriented and she often provides advice to clients on alternative dispute resolution.

Natalie appears frequently as an advocate in courts at various levels in Ontario, including the Court of Appeal. She also has extensive experience appearing before administrative tribunals and in private arbitration proceedings.

Natalie is fluently bilingual. She can assist clients and conduct negotiations in both French and English.
