Natalie Rizkalla-Kamel is an associate in Gowlings' Toronto office, specializing in intellectual property litigation with a focus on patent, trade-mark and copyright disputes.
Natalie has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Federal Court of Canada and the Federal Court of Appeal in trade-mark, patent and PM(NOC) proceedings.
Prior to joining Gowlings, Natalie worked as a structural engineer, where she participated in numerous bridge and culvert design and rehabilitation projects throughout Ontario. She is licensed as a professional engineer (P.Eng.) in Ontario.
While in law school, Natalie received the Technology Law, Civil Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution prizes. She was also elected as the senior editor of the UBC Law Review in her final year.
