OUR PEOPLE

Neeta Sahadev is an articling student in Gowlings’ Toronto office.

Neeta received her Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto with a Double Major in Economics and Criminology.  She earned her Juris Doctor degree from Osgoode Hall Law School. While at law school, Neeta continued to pursue her interest in research, working as a research assistant for a professor at Osgoode. 

Being born to Indian parents and growing up in Bahrain before moving to Canada, Neeta has always had a keen interest in staying connected and involved with her cultural background. Her involvement with the South Asian community led her to becoming an involved member of the South Asian Law Students Association (SALSA) at Osgoode, where she was on the Executive Committee as the External Liaison this past academic year.

Neeta is a fluent conversant in Hindi and Malayalam.
