Peter Eschlboeck is an associate in Gowlings' Toronto office, practising in the area of intellectual property litigation with a focus on trade-mark, patent and copyright disputes.

Prior to joining Gowlings, Peter worked as a computer engineer for leading technology companies. 

He is licensed as a professional engineer (P.Eng.) in Ontario.
