Pierre-Luc Beauchesne is an associate in Gowlings’ Montréal office, practising in commercial litigation, bankruptcy and insolvency, real estate and banking litigation.

Pierre-Luc represents financial institutions and private lenders with respect to the enforcement of security, as well as trustees in bankruptcy in various insolvency-related issues. In addition, he is called on to represent real estate owners in litigation involving security interests, construction law and landlord-tenant relations.

 He practises in English and French.
