OUR PEOPLE

Pierre-André Hamel is a partner in Gowlings’ Montréal office, practising in commercial law, more particularly in real estate law and security-backed financing.

In the course of his practice, he has participated in real estate purchases, sales and leasing as well as in land title searches and the drafting of reports on titles for major industrial and commercial properties. He was also involved in the carrying out of financings, notably in the drafting of loan agreements and security documents and is also involved in bulk sales transactions.
