Praneet Singh is a patent coordinator in Gowlings' Vancouver office.

Praneet has over five years of experience working with patent agents and lawyers to file and prosecute various types of patent applications. He is familiar with Canadian and foreign patent practice, including Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) rules and regulations.

Praneet stays current with the legislative changes in various jurisdictions and monitors statutory deadlines for specific files. He also prepares and sends correspondence to clients and associates, reviews and prepares various submissions to the Canadian Intellectual Property Office, including chain-of-title documentation, and assists in the preparation and filing of various submissions to the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), such as information disclosure statements and new provisional or utility patent applications.
