OUR PEOPLE

Prijna Gingrich is a law clerk in Gowlings' Waterloo Region office, working in the business law department. 

Prijna deals with a variety of corporate matters mainly associated with the Ontario Business Corporations Act and Canada Business Corporations Act and does a substantial amount of extra-provincial registration and maintenance work in all jurisdictions across Canada. 

Prijna prepares corporate documents relating to incorporations, minute book maintenance, corporate tax reorganizations, asset and share acquisitions, and financing arrangements of various types.  She also has experience in establishing and maintaining virtual data records for clients with complex corporate structures.
