Radhika Vaidyanathan is an associate at Gowlings’ Waterloo Region office where she works in the business law department, and is a member of the Firm's Technology Industry Group and Corporate Finance and M & A Group. Her practice is focused on corporate and commercial law. 

Radhika is a qualified lawyer in both Ontario and India. Prior to joining Gowlings, Radhika practised corporate law at a top-tier firm in Bangalore, India
