OUR PEOPLE

Randy Bitensky is an associate in Gowlings' Montréal office. A member of the business law department, Randy’s practice focuses on general corporate commercial matters and transactions, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, asset and share sales, business and tax-driven corporate reorganization, corporate finance, private placements, public and private equity financings and securities law.

She has been involved in a number of transactions and managed many due diligence processes.

Randy articled with Gowlings. During law school, she attended the China University of Political Science and Law in Beijing and interned with the Honourable Daniel Dortélus at the Québec Court.

She practices law in both English and French.
