Regina is a partner and the Practice Group Leader for the Intellectual Property Law Department in Gowlings’ Calgary Office. Her practice focuses on the areas of trade marks and technology commercialization. Regina has significant experience with all aspects of trade mark law, including, prosecution, opposition, licensing and rights transfer in Canada. Regina’s practice extends to the prosecution of trade marks in the United States for Canadian resident companies.

Regina has significant experience with the commercialization and development of technology, including, negotiating and drafting Technology Licensing Agreements, Research Agreements, Development Agreements, Joint Venture Agreements, Consulting Agreements and Outsourcing Agreements.
