Richard J. Roy  is a partner in Gowlings’ Montréal office, practising in the areas of business, commercial and corporate law. 

He focuses his practice on mergers, acquisitions and takeovers, structuring and financing of entities, preparation and negotiation of commercial agreements, and the establishment of contractual relationships of any nature, for domestic and foreign clients, namely in the fields of technology, industry, infrastructure, service, communications, franchising, and venture capital.
