On the commercial side, Rob has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating a wide variety of IP/IT contracts. He also acts as the chief intellectual property counsel on asset acquisitions and financings.

On the dispute side, Rob has represented the successful parties in numerous challenging disputes. He is frequently called on by clients to provide high-level strategic advice that encompasses a variety of key issues, such as the design of international ownership and licensing structures.

Rob has been an adjunct professor with Osgoode Hall Law School serving as the British Columbia Regional Director and a local instructor for Osgoode Hall's LL.M. in E-Business Program.
