OUR PEOPLE

Roberto has worked as Legal Research Assistant for experts in the fields of Evidence and International Trade. Roberto also summered with Parlimentary Counsel for the House of Commons, and more recently summered at a small law firm where he gained additional litigation experience.

Roberto served on the Board of Directors for the Lifesaving Society as the Corporate Secretary/Legal Advisor. Roberto also sits on the Board of various sport organizations and is an assistant coach with the Wilfrid Laurier University varsity swim team.

Roberto recently co-authored an article with John Doherty appearing in the February 2012 edition of Briefly Speaking, the Ontario Bar Association magazine. The article is entitled “What a Nuisance: The Debate of Nuisance Law in Ontario” discussing the recent decisions of the Ontario Court of Appeal on the law of nuisance.
