Roland Luo is an associate in Gowling's Vancouver office. He practises in the areas of immigration and civil litigation.

Roland has extensive experience in dealing with personal, business/investor and corporate immigration issues. He frequently travels to China and the U.S. to advise clients. As a qualified lawyer in both Canada and the U.S., Roland supports the growing cross-border business needs of his clients.

Roland frequently appears before the immigration tribunals and the Federal Court regarding immigration appeals and judicial reviews on visa applications. He also maintains a busy general litigation practice and has appeared before the Supreme (Superior) Courts as well as the Courts of Appeal of Ontario, British Columbia and New York. 

Roland is a member of Gowlings' China and U.S. Initiatives. He is fluent in Chinese, French and conversant in Spanish.
