OUR PEOPLE

Rose Johnson is a partner in Gowlings' Waterloo Region office and leads the office’s Wills and Estates Practice Group.  Over the course of her career she has developed experience assisting clients with wills, trusts and related estate planning documents.  In addition, she advises executors and trustees in regard to the administration of estates.

Rose also practices in the area of corporate and commercial law and has significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, asset and share transactions, reorganizations and commercial real estate matters.

Rose is able to converse in both Spanish and Portuguese.
