OUR PEOPLE

Rose-Marie represents a wide variety of large corporations on both a national and international level in a broad range of industries, including non-alcoholic beverages and brewery beverages, food processing, oil and gas, textiles, chemicals, fibre, tobacco and others.

Rose-Marie is extensively involved in work with the AIPPI where, as representative for the Canadian group, she has chaired questions for over 10 years. For the past six years, she has been particularly involved in the issues of harmonization of trade-marks as well as in changes in legislation in the trade-mark area.

She is an advocate in the Federal Court of Canada and the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. Her speaking engagements have included presentations to the American Patent and Law Association, the Canadian Institute and the PTIC.

Rose-Marie is fluent in English and Italian.
