Sean has experience advising municipalities and other bodies on governance issues, working with public authorities on expropriation matters, advising private bodies with regards to planning issues, and has experience with various administrative tribunals. He is knowledgeable with respect to the Planning Act , the Expropriations Act, and the Municipal Act .

He has been involved in numerous corporate and commercial matters including asset and share purchase transaction, secured lending transactions, lease reviews, repair and storage liens, and advising corporations on issues related to governance and employment law. Sean is also a regular contributor to Gowlings’ Legal Tips for Manufacturers as part of the Waterloo Innovation Network.

Sean received his law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School where he was awarded prizes for the highest standing in Administrative law, Employment law and Labour law.
