OUR PEOPLE

Sean M. Sullivan is a partner with Gowlings’ Waterloo Region office, practising commercial litigation with an emphasis on debt collection, contract disputes, shareholder disputes, banking litigation and estate litigation.  Sean acts for a broad range of clients, including private companies of all sizes, banks and insurance companies.

Sean has argued cases at all levels of court in Ontario, including the Ontario Court of Appeal.

Sean is a trustee of the Waterloo Law Association and chair of the Annual Kitchener-Waterloo Secondary School Mock Trial Program.
