Sheldon Klootwyk is an associate in the Gowlings' Ottawa office, practising in the area of business law. Sheldon's practice focuses primarily on corporate and commercial law with an emphasis on corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, secured financing, securities law as well as telecommunications matters. Sheldon summered and articled at Gowlings before being admitted to the Ontario bar in 2009.
