Simon Hitchens is an associate in Gowlings' Toronto office and a member of the Intellectual Property Group.

Simon was called to the bar in England and Wales in 2003 and before moving to Canada practised in the IP department of a leading London law firm. His practice in IP focuses on all levels of trade mark prosecution, protection, oppositions, licensing and enforcement as well as intellectual property litigation, including trade mark and copyright disputes.
