OUR PEOPLE

Stacey Leadbetter is a law clerk in Gowlings' Toronto office, working on matters relating to commercial litigation, securities litigation, banking litigation, civil fraud, auditor liability and class actions. She has over 20 years of experience as a law clerk in these practice areas.

Stacey assists in large cases with respect to documentation, discoveries, motions, expert and trial preparation. Stacey works with all levels of counsel and interacts with clients and opposing counsel. As well, Stacey participates in and manages client site document collection and processing for both e-Discovery and paper. Stacey has taken a variety of courses in the last few years dealing with e-Discovery issues and project management for litigation.

Prior to joining Gowlings, Stacey worked at another national law firm and in-house at a major securities firm.
