OUR PEOPLE

Stacy Madar is an associate in Gowlings' Montréal office and a member of the Firm’s Litigation Group. Her practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation, including recovery as well as banking matters. 

She has acted for financial institutions and creditors in various matters of enforcement of security on both moveable and immoveable property. 

Before joining Gowlings, Stacy worked with a well-established law firm in Montréal. While completing her law degree, she interned with two judges at the Court of Québec.

She practises law in English and French.
