Stephen McKersie is a partner in Gowlings' Toronto office and a member of the Firm's Corporate Finance and M&A Group.

Stephen practises in the areas of corporate, commercial and securities law with a particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing and contract negotiations for Canadian and U.S. corporations with a presence in Canada. He acts for clients in a diverse range of industry sectors, including technology, prepaid products, telecommunications, pharmaceutical, automotive, insurance, advertising and manufacturing. Stephen also acts for a number of local and national non-profit and charitable organizations.
