Steve practises in the areas of debt finance, restructuring and insolvency where he has over 30 years experience in acting for a broad range of clients in the financial services industry, including banks and other lenders, trustees in bankruptcy, receivers, monitors and creditors. His practice encompasses both domestic and international financings, secured transactions as well as bankruptcy, insolvency and restructuring.

Steve led a team in the development of a sophisticated portfolio management system for the recovery of defaulted commercial loans. He also leads a team that provides complete end-to-end service to lenders in respect of defaulted commercial loan portfolios across Canada.
