Syll Kushner is an associate in Gowlings' Toronto office, practising within the Real Estate, Environmental and Urban Planning Group. His real estate practice focuses on the acquisition and sale of commercial properties, the development of commercial real estate as well as real estate financing and leasing.

Syll has previously worked in areas of not-for-profit and charitable organizations, tax planning, trusts, construction law and conflict law and a variety of litigation matters. He has appeared before the Ontario Municipal Board and Superior Court of Justice on a variety of matters.
