Tamar Chamelian is a notary in Gowlings' Montréal office in the Financial Services and Real Estate Groups.

Tamar has more than 10 years’ experience in real estate law such as real estate acquisition transactions, real estate financings, among which, two wind energy projects, real estate title and commercial leases review and analysis, implementation of secured transactions on moveable and real estate property, title insurance and the publication of personal property and moveable real rights.
