Tamara Istomina is a registered patent attorney (trade-marks) in Gowlings' Moscow office. Tamara has more than 20 years experience and specializes in the registration and protection of trade-marks and appellations of origin in Russia and throughout the CIS.

Tamara has extensive experience in all areas of the trade-mark practice, including prosecution, opposition, cancellation proceedings, enforcement and litigation before the Russian courts.

Prior to joining Gowlings, Tamara worked for the Patent Department of the State Institute of Nitrogen Industry.
