• Advised a Canadian subsidiary and its international parent company with respect to termination of a commercial lease;
• Represented an Ontario Crown corporation with respect to commercial lease litigation;
• Represented a major international organization in a complex construction claim;
• Represented Canadian chartered banks in loan recovery and enforcement of security;
• Advised a major national professional association with respect to employment and general litigation matters;
• Advised a major Canadian performing rights organization with respect to employment matters;
• Defended an international pharmaceutical company and its Canadian subsidiary in a class action product negligence claim.

For more than 10 years, Terry served as secretary and executive member of the Canadian Club of Ottawa. He is currently a Director on the Board and a member of the Special Committee on Assisted Living of the Perley and Rideau Veterans Health Centre, one of the largest long-term care facilities in Ontario.
