Terrence Williston is a partner in Gowlings' Waterloo Region office. He practises in the area of business law, with an emphasis on estate planning, trusts, tax planning for private business corporations and corporate law.

Experienced with estate freezes and tax-structured business sales, Terrence joined the Firm after its merger with Cambridge firm Simmers Harper Jenkins.
