Tina Heinz is an associate in Gowlings' Calgary office, practising in the areas of corporate finance and M&A, financial services and succession planning and estates.

Tina has assisted in the financing for major corporations and in the purchases of businesses. During her articling, Tina was on secondment to a large oil and gas company where she reviewed supply agreements, employment contracts and various other agreements.

Tina articled with Gowlings in 2010.
