OUR PEOPLE

Viacheslav is an advocate in the civil courts of Russia in matters dealing with infringement of patent and trade-mark rights, and has spoken at various conferences in Russia and abroad on the subject of intellectual property. He acted as  Counsel for Coca-Cola for various patent infringement proceedings in Russia; he also he represented Alladin Corporation in connection with trade-mark cancellation matters and advised on the trade-mark prosecution of the mark E-Token.

Viacheslav has published articles in various international and Russian journals including the Manual for “Invention patenting abroad”, Moscow 1997
