Vladislav Ugryumov is a partner in Gowlings' Moscow office, specializing in intellectual property. He has extensive experience in patent drafting and prosecution in the pharma/biotech areas before Russian and Eurasian Patent Offices and in the CIS. He has appeared as Counsel in numerous litigation trials before Chamber for Patent Disputes and the Russian Court. Vladislav has been involved regularly in the preparation and prosecution of patentability and freedom-to-operate opinions, and conducting due diligence investigations. Additionally, he has drafted and registered license agreements, and advised on regulatory pharma laws and regulations.
