Warren Foley is an associate in Gowlings’ Calgary office, practising in the area of civil litigation with an emphasis on insurance defence, oil and gas, securities, employment and general corporate commercial litigation.

Prior to joining Gowlings, Warren articled and practised for several years at a prominent national firm. Throughout his legal career Warren has acted for both Canadian and International companies in a variety of multi-million dollar disputes. In addition, Warren routinely provides advice to many of his commercial clients with respect to contract negotiation and contract disputes.

Warren has represented his clients in the Alberta Provincial Court and the Alberta Court of Queen's Bench. He also has experience helping his clients resolve their disputes through various forms of arbitration and mediation.
