Gowlings’ represented AMO Canada Co. at the certification proceedings with a team that included Malcolm Ruby, Joanne Kuroyama and Michael Schalke.

Chalmers (Litigation guardian of) commenced product liability proceedings against AMO Canada Co., applying to the BC Supreme Court for certification of a class action.
