On July 25, 2012, Horizon Holdings Inc., a municipally-owned holding company providing support services for three operating subsidiaries in Ontario including a regulated electricity distribution company, closed an offering of $150,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 3.033% debentures, due July 25, 2022. CIBC World Markets Inc., BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc. and Scotia Capital Inc. acted as agents in this transaction.
