Amerigo Resources Ltd.: $27.9 million private placement.

Paramount Gold & Silver Corp.: $22 million US cross-border private placement and dual listing on TSX and Amex.

South American Silver Corp.: $19.6 million initial public offering.

EuroZinc Mining Corporation: EuroZinc merger with Lundin Mining for $3.77 billion.

Bema Gold Corporation: $132 million bought deal public offering in Canada and a concurrent U.S. private placement.

Bema Gold Corporation: $70 million US convertible note offering in Europe with concurrent Luxemburg listing.

Miramar Mining Corporation: $84.7 million MJDS bought deal cross-border public underwriting and concurrent $15 million private placement.

New Gold Inc.: $75 million bought deal public offering in Canada and a concurrent U.S. private placement

Canico: Canico acquisition by Companhia Vale do Rio Doce for $941 million.
