Canada Consultations on Madrid Protocol
On February 24, 2005, the Canadian Trade-marks Office released a discussion paper for consultation on modernization of the Canadian Trade-marks Act, including the necessary changes to be made if Canada joins the Madrid Protocol. Comments were due by the end of May, 2005. The document may be accessed at:
