Purpose of the Program

The Gowlings OHS Professional Services Referral Program has been established to provide Gowlings’ clients with a "one-stop" referral service for Occupational Health and Safety ("OHS") and Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (“WSIB”) matters. By working together with industry leaders, Gowlings and its Professional Services Referral Program Members assist clients in complying with legislation, regulations and best practices, and help make their workplace safe.

Whether, you are looking for a specific type of training course, pre-start health and safety reviews (“PSRs”), industrial hygiene assessments, or engineering experience, we will refer you to someone who can help.

Selection of Members

Organizations participating in the OHS Professional Services Referral Program have been carefully selected by Norm Keith, B.A., LL.B., CRSP, based on their qualifications, experience, and value for money in each category.

Becoming a Member

To be eligible, your organization must meet all of the following criteria:

• Able to provide exceptional value to client referrals
• Willing to refer OHS and WSIB clients to Gowlings
• Do not compete with Gowlings’ OHS Practice
• Annual review to ensure mutuality of program
• Willing to include Gowlings’ logo and link on your organization’s website as a Referral Program Partner
