Tom Hunter is a partner in Gowlings' Waterloo office and practises in the area of corporate, commercial and technology law. He also serves as Co-Chair of the Firm's National Technology Law Practice Group.

His particular areas of focus include assisting entrepreneurs with startup and growth oriented companies, mergers and acquisitions and all aspects of equity and debt financing.
